Visual Design Intern

As a Visual Design Intern at Vihara Innovation Network, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the development of an interactive board game and related modules aimed at building life skills and emotional resilience among youth. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in visual development of the game board design, cards, tokens, and related visual elements. - Support creation of visual content for life-skills modules and session plans for facilitators. - Collaborate with the project team to iterate designs based on field feedback. - Support in conducting field sessions within Delhi NCR as required. - Contribute to packaging insights and visuals into compelling design formats. - Help document design assets, maintain organized archives, and support communication needs for the project. Qualifications Required: - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Game Design, or related fields. - Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, miroboard, canva and/or Figma. - Strong visual storytelling and design sensibility. - Interest in game design, youth engagement, and social impact. - Ability to take feedback constructively and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
