Visual Design Intern

As a Visual Design Intern at Vihara Innovation Network, you will be involved in supporting the design of an interactive board game and related modules aimed at building life skills and emotional resilience among youth. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the visual development of the game board design, cards, tokens, and other visual elements. - Supporting the creation of visual content for life-skills modules and session plans for facilitators. - Collaborating with the project team to iterate designs based on field feedback. - Supporting in conducting field sessions within Delhi NCR as required. - Contributing to packaging insights and visuals into compelling design formats. - Helping document design assets, maintain organized archives, and support communication needs for the project. To excel in this role, you should have: - Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Miroboard, Canva, and/or Figma. - Strong visual storytelling and design sensibility. - Interest in game design, youth engagement, and social impact. - Ability to take feedback constructively and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
