About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual and Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and engaging motion graphics that enhance our brand presence across digital platforms and drive customer engagement for our D2C and B2C e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Design:
- Design eye-catching graphics for website banners, product pages, landing pages, and promotional campaigns
- Create visual assets for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels
- Develop brand-consistent marketing collaterals including email templates, newsletters, and digital advertisements
- Design packaging mockups, product catalogs, and promotional materials
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all touchpoints
Motion Graphics & Animation:
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations for social media content, website elements, and digital advertisements
- Develop product demo videos, explainer videos, and promotional video content
- Design animated GIFs, short-form videos for reels, stories, and other social media formats
- Produce motion graphics for email campaigns, app notifications, and marketing automation
Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
- Design assets for seasonal sales, festival campaigns, product launches, and special promotions
- Create A/B testing variations for performance optimization
- Support performance marketing initiatives with creatives optimized for conversions
Brand Development:
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all customer touchpoints
- Develop creative concepts that resonate with target audiences in D2C and B2C segments
- Stay updated with design trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices
- Contribute to brand storytelling through innovative visual narratives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics tools like After Effects, Lottie, or similar platforms
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of video editing and basic animation principles
- Knowledge of file formats, compression techniques, and optimization for web and mobile
Design Expertise:
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and motion graphics work
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles
- Ability to create designs optimized for various screen sizes and devices
- Experience designing for e-commerce platforms and understanding of UX/UI principles
Domain Knowledge:
- Experience working with D2C or B2C e-commerce brands (preferred)
- Understanding of customer journey and conversion-focused design
- Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific content requirements
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and performance metrics
Soft Skills:
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail
- Open to feedback and continuous learning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a Visual Designer, Motion Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion design capabilities
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or digital marketing agencies is a plus

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
