Job Summary:

Hotel Management Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive classroom and practical training in key areas of Hotel Management including:
• Food & Beverage Service
• Housekeeping Operations
• Front Office Management
• Culinary Arts / Kitchen Operations
• Hospitality Etiquette & Customer Service
• Design and develop course content, lesson plans, and assessment methods in line with industry standards and curriculum guidelines.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Guide students on industry expectations, grooming, communication, and interview skills.
• Organize workshops, guest lectures, field visits, and practical demonstrations.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and professionalism in the training environment.
• Coordinate with industry partners for internships, live projects, and placements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration.
• Minimum 3–5 years of industry experience in reputed hotels or 2+ years of teaching/training experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude, leadership skills, and student-centric approach.
