About the Role:

Visiting Faculty in Brand Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures and workshops on

  Brand Management

  and related subjects (e.g., Marketing Strategy, Consumer Behaviour, Advertising & Promotion, Brand Communication).
• Design course content, lesson plans, assignments, and case studies aligned with the curriculum.
• Incorporate

  real-world examples, case studies, and industry projects

  to enhance experiential learning.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, presentations, and project work.
• Provide academic and career guidance to students interested in marketing and brand-related careers.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective delivery and course improvement.
• Participate in guest lectures, seminars, and marketing-related academic initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in

  Marketing, Business Administration, or Brand Management

  (MBA preferred).
• Minimum

  3–5 years of experience

  in teaching or industry experience in branding, marketing, or communications.
• In-depth understanding of

  brand strategy, positioning, consumer insights, and digital branding trends

  .
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

  case-based or experiential teaching methods

  .
• Ability to connect theoretical concepts with real industry scenarios.
• Familiarity with

  digital marketing and brand analytics tools

  is an added advantage.
