Job Title: Visa Process Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Visa Process Specialist to manage and support the end-to-end visa application process for students and/or professionals traveling abroad. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, knowledge of international visa requirements, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide applicants through the entire visa process, including documentation, form submission, and interview preparation
• Review and verify all required documents for accuracy and completeness
• Stay up to date with embassy/consulate rules, immigration regulations, and country-specific visa requirements
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and external service providers to ensure timely visa processing
• Maintain accurate records and track the status of each application
• Address applicant queries and provide regular updates on application progress
• Provide support with travel-related documentation such as insurance, accommodation proof, and financial statements
• Handle sensitive personal information with confidentiality and care

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or a related role
• Strong understanding of visa procedures for countries like Germany, the USA, Canada, UK, etc.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant online application portals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,995.91 - ₹20,000.00 per month
