Job Description:
As an Office Administrator at our visa consultancy, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting both clients and staff. You will play a key role in maintaining organized documentation and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients visiting the office or contacting us via phone/email.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and update client records, application files, and office documentation (physical and digital).
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for clients and staff.
  • Assist clients with filling out visa application forms and collecting necessary documents.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Support visa counselors and other team members with administrative needs.
  • Follow up with clients regarding pending documents or application status.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or authorities as required.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and maintain basic accounts and billing records.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, professional, and welcoming.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in office administration or similar roles is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of visa processes is a plus (training can be provided).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
