Role Overview: We are seeking a professional, organised, and personable Office Administrator to oversee front-desk operations, ensure smooth administrative workflows, and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere our patients value. Key Responsibilities: Greet, assist, and guide patients in person, over the phone, and via email. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with dental staff for seamless care delivery. Handle billing, invoicing, and basic financial record-keeping. Oversee office supplies and ensure administrative resources are well-managed. Uphold patient confidentiality and clinic protocols at all times. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration or a client-facing role, ideally in healthcare or hospitality. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional manner. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling or practice-management software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise across a range of dental procedures, excellent patient communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding care in line with our centre’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, preventive care, restorations, extractions, and basic endodontic treatments. Diagnose and develop tailored treatment plans in consultation with patients. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance. Collaborate with specialists and dental staff to ensure integrated and seamless care. Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential patient records. Stay updated with advancements in dental practices and techniques. Requirements: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree; MDS in a specialty is a plus. Valid dental license/registration to practice. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong skills may also be considered). Strong diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
