Job Description

ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES
Coordinate sales calls from dedicated spreadsheet provided by the company, pass on leads to the sales department once leads are validated
Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Ensure equipment is maintained and serviced when necessary
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records (physical and digital)
File documents systematically for easy retrieval
Provide backend support to all departments
Draft, format, and manage internal and external correspondence.
Assist with HR tasks like onboarding, attendance tracking, and timesheet management.
Company shirt and formal attire as well as grooming is mandatory
Utmost decency & decorum to be maintained
Help enforce office policies and maintain internal communication flow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
