  • Collect, review, and verify visa application documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Fill out visa forms accurately and submit applications within stipulated timelines
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa facilitation centers, and agents
  • Track application status and provide timely updates and feedback to clients
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of applications, payments, and communication logs
  • Stay informed about the latest visa policies, immigration updates, and documentation changes
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client information and adhere to all legal regulations
  • Assist clients in scheduling embassy appointments and biometric submissions
  • Handle visa fee payments and receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Respond to client queries via phone, email, or in-person meetings with professionalism
  • Manage urgent or escalated cases with attention and follow-up until resolution
  • Work closely with the counselling or sales team to ensure smooth handover and process continuity
  • Prepare and share visa checklists and requirements based on the clients destination
  • Follow up with clients for missing documents or clarifications
