Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end visa application process. This includes document collection, application submission, and follow-up with embassies and consulates. Providing clients with comprehensive guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and timelines for various countries will also be part of your role. Your duty will involve reviewing and verifying client documents to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the destination country's visa application. Coordination with clients to obtain necessary information and ensuring timely submission of visa applications will be crucial. Staying updated on changes in visa regulations and processes for different countries and communicating these changes to clients and internal teams will be essential. You will need to liaise with embassies, consulates, and other authorities to resolve any issues that may arise during the visa application process. Maintaining accurate records of all visa applications, including status updates and outcomes, in the company's database will be part of your responsibilities. Regularly updating clients on the status of their visa applications and addressing any concerns or queries they may have is also important. Collaboration with the Travel Manager and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for clients will be required. Additionally, assisting in developing and implementing best practices for visa processing to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction will be expected.
