Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and process visa applications for employees and clients.

2. Ensure compliance with all immigration laws and regulations.

3. Maintain accurate records of visa applications and status updates.

4. Assess eligibility and make informed decisions on visa approvals or rejections.

5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, policies, and procedures.

6. Manage and track application pipelines, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.

7. Communicate with clients, stakeholders, or internal teams regarding application status.

8. Ensure data entry accuracy and maintain organized records.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field..

2. 1+ years of experience in visa processing or a related field for Europian Market.

3. Strong knowledge of visa regulations, immigration laws, and procedures.

4. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience with European visa policies and procedures.

2. Familiarity with document authentication and verification processes.

3. Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Bengali& English.

4. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
