Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the visa process for multiple countries.
Verify and collect all necessary documents accurately.
Fill out visa application forms and schedule appointments.
Coordinate with embassies, VFS, and other visa centers.
Track applications and update clients on progress.
Handle queries and provide professional visa-related advice.
Maintain updated knowledge of visa rules and documentation changes.
Support group trips and corporate clients with bulk visa processing.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in visa or travel documentation (freshers with strong communication can also apply).
Good knowledge of Schengen, UK, US, and Asian visa procedures.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and online visa portals.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Travel, Tourism, or related field).
Bonus Skills:
Experience with group tours or corporate travel visas.
Multilingual ability (Hindi + English essential).
Knowledge of travel insurance and flight booking processes.
