Visa Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a Visa Consultant who can guide students and professionals through the process of studying and settling abroad. You will be responsible for counselling clients, checking documents, filling applications, and coordinating with universities/embassies.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and clients about study abroad / visa options (UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.)
• Understand the client’s profile (education, finances, goals) and suggest suitable countries, courses and visa categories
• Explain admission process, visa requirements, fees, timelines and documentation clearly
• Assist clients in filling application forms, preparing SOPs, visa forms, and checking supporting documents
• Follow up with universities, colleges, and embassies as required
• Maintain accurate records of each client in CRM / Excel and update their status regularly
• Handle client calls, WhatsApp chats, emails and walk-ins in a professional manner
• Achieve monthly targets related to admissions / visas / conversions (as per company policy)
• Stay updated with latest visa rules, immigration policies and university requirements
• Support in seminars, webinars, events and marketing activities when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Management, Commerce, Arts, Science, etc.)
• Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in this field may also apply
• Good spoken and written English; knowledge of local language is an added advantage
• Strong communication, listening and counselling skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet, WhatsApp, CRM)
• Attention to detail while checking forms and documents
• Positive attitude, target-oriented and ability to handle multiple cases at a time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
