We are now looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and passionate individual to join our team as a Visa Counselor & Back Office Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end visa processing operations, ensuring compliance with all immigration policies and procedures.
• Handle case files, documentation, and application workflows for timely submissions and approvals.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities to resolve queries and receive updates.
• Oversee internal processes to maintain high service standards and support client satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security for all client information and immigration records.
• Stay informed about changing immigration rules and regulations, updating internal processes accordingly.
• Address and resolve client escalations, offering expert guidance for complex visa or immigration cases.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports to support internal planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
• Proficient with MS Office tools, emails, and general documentation processes.
• 2–3 years of prior experience in visa counseling, visitor or immigration visa processing, or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Effective problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
• Highly organized, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
