Job Responsibilities Counsel clients and students regarding visa options and immigration procedures. Assist in selecting suitable visa categories based on individual goals and eligibility. Guide clients through the application process, including documentation and timelines. Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client records. Stay updated on visa policies, embassy requirements, and international study/work options. Provide accurate information, handle queries, and build trust with clients. Coordinate with internal teams and support staff to ensure timely application processing. Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service throughout the process. Job Requirements 2 years of experience in visa counseling or customer-facing roles (Freshers can apply). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred). Good understanding of international visa processes (training will be provided). Friendly, confident, and client-focused personality. Basic computer skills and ability to manage emails, data entry, and CRM software. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic work environment.
