Virtual Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Make

  outbound calls

  to prospective/existing customers from provided leads and pitch relevant

  life insurance products

  .
• Understand customer requirements, explain product features, and recommend suitable plans.

• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets

  in terms of sales and conversions.
• Build long-term customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
• Handle objections effectively and follow up consistently until the sale is closed.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes,

  IRDA guidelines

  , and data protection protocols.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  1- 2 years in outbound calling/sales, preferably in life or health insurance.

• Track Record:

  Demonstrated history of hitting targets and earning performance-based incentives.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal skills in English and Hindi; regional language fluency is a plus.

• Tech Skills:

  Comfortable using CRMs, basic computer operations, and call logging tools.

• Behavioral Traits:

  High energy, resilience, strong persuasion skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
