Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Office Assistant located in Banda. The Virtual Office Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing office equipment, answering phone calls professionally, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently assist team members and clients in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally interact with clients and team members
• Experience with Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, organizing, and record-keeping
• Proficiency in managing Office Equipment and performing Clerical tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with basic computer software such as MS Office is beneficial
