Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Office Assistant. The Virtual Office Assistant will be responsible for managing phone communications, providing administrative assistance, handling clerical tasks, and operating office equipment. Additional duties include scheduling appointments, managing email correspondences, and assisting with document preparation and organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Experience with Office Equipment and handling related tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an office assistant or secretary are a plus
