Job Description

Job Title: Virtual Office Assistant


  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across US–India time zones.
  • Organize emails, prepare responses, and maintain follow-ups.
  • Create and update documents, presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, employees, or contractors.
  • Draft professional emails, summaries, and meeting notes.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Track deadlines, pause/hold items, and reminders.
  • Coordinate with finance/admin for invoices, receipts, and timesheets.
  • Assist in preparing weekly status reports and priority lists.


Skills Required:

  • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Comfortable working with leaders and clients across time zones.
