We’re seeking a Workday Learning–certified professional to implement, optimize, and support Workday Learning across our enterprise. You’ll configure courses/programs, drive integrations with content providers, build reports, and partner with HR/L&D to improve adoption, compliance, and skills coverage. Responsibilities: Configuration & Admin: Set up Learning courses, programs, curricula, campaigns , enrollment rules, assignments, notifications, waitlists, and compliance settings. Content Management: Ingest/validate SCORM 1.2/2004 and xAPI packages; manage content libraries and provider catalogs. Integrations: Build/monitor EIBs , Workday Studio/Core Connector integrations, and SSO for vendors (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft, Udemy); schedule loads and error handling. Reporting & Analytics: Create custom Workday reports , calculated fields, and dashboards for adoption, completion, overdue compliance, time-to-train, and skills coverage; partner with stakeholders on KPIs. Security & Governance: Maintain domain security policies , roles, and business processes (e.g., enrollment approvals); support audit readiness and change control. Testing & Release: Author test scripts; run unit/SIT/UAT ; manage tenant moves and regression testing for weekly/feature releases. Change & Enablement: Produce how-tos, Quick Reference Guides; train L&D admins/managers; champion features (Skills Cloud, campaigns). Support: Triage tickets, resolve defects, and deliver enhancements with SLAs. Experience: 3–5 years total experience, including 2+ years hands-on Workday Learning configuration/admin. Current certification : Workday Learning (Implementer) or Workday Pro: Learning (customer path).
