Job Title: Telugu Customer Support Executive
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Salary: 19,000 25,000 per month (CTC)
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals with a B.Tech / B.E. background to join our Customer Support Team. As a Telugu Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive service experience.
Handle inbound and outbound calls in Telugu and assist customers with their queries.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company processes.
Maintain and update customer records in the internal system.
Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns to the relevant department.
Ensure high service quality standards and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Achieve daily and weekly performance targets set by the company.
Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Any Stream)
Languages: Fluent in Telugu; basic proficiency in English or Hindi preferred.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a voice/non-voice process.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, typing, data entry).
