Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular engagement.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers via virtual channels.

Sales & Cross-Selling:

Identify customer needs and offer suitable banking/financial products.
Achieve assigned sales targets for products like loans, credit cards, insurance, and investments.

Service Delivery:

Provide timely resolution to customer queries and complaints.
Ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory guidelines.

Portfolio Management:

Monitor customer accounts and proactively suggest solutions for better financial planning.
Retain high-value customers and reduce attrition.

Digital Engagement:

Promote usage of digital banking platforms and educate customers on online services.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales orientation with ability to meet targets.
Knowledge of banking products and financial services.
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in banking, financial services, or customer relationship roles preferred.

For Freshers Communication skills should be excellent.
