Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  executive calendars

  , including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely coordination across time zones.
• Handle

  travel arrangements

  such as air, rail, cab, and hotel bookings efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Process

  expense bookings

  and prepare documentation for reimbursement submissions.
• Create and enhance

  presentations

  using advanced PowerPoint skills for internal and client-facing meetings.
• Conduct

  market and business research

  , including P&L checks, competitor analysis, and data compilation for decision-making.
• Maintain professional and prompt communication with overseas clients, ensuring high service quality and responsiveness.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  with proficiency in a

  UK accent

  .
• Prior experience (2–3 years) supporting

  UK / Australia / US

  clients as a

  Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant

  .
• Strong

  organizational, multitasking, and time management

  abilities.
• Proven record of

  commendations or high performance ratings

  from overseas clients.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office Suite

  (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

• Willingness to work UK shifts

  (1 PM–10 PM).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
