The ideal candidate for this position is a creative thinker with strong digital marketing skills. You should be tech-savvy and have hands-on experience in running ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. Proficiency in tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe, and other creative tools is required. You should have at least 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketing Executive, with a proven track record in handling paid ad campaigns. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. A good design sense, creative thinking, and experience with AI tools, content writing, and social media management are also desired. Additionally, you should be willing to work night shifts in the US timezone to fulfill the job requirements effectively.,
