Virtual Assistant

You will be working as a Loss Prevention Analyst with Relay Human Cloud to support the onshore Loss Prevention and Store Operations team. Your primary role will involve conducting virtual store audits, coordinating with US-based store members, verifying incidents through camera reviews, and preparing detailed reports. To excel in this position, you need to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while upholding professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in virtual audits and daily store monitoring. - Verify incident reports, video requests, and other operational data. - Maintain and update records accurately in the internal portal. - Prepare and submit daily shift start/end reports to managers. - Support investigations and operational tasks assigned by the team. - Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Additional courses in MS Office, data management, or auditing are a plus. Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office Suite, and Outlook. - Strong analytical and observation skills. - Good verbal and written communication in English. - Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask. - Client-focused with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability.
