Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 INR/month Work Hours: 6:30 PM IST onwards , Monday to Saturday Reporting To: CEO Job Summary: We seek a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO directly. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be tech-savvy, and have hands-on experience with tools like ClickUp , Google Sheets , and email systems. This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO by handling emails and calls professionally Manage tasks and project updates using ClickUp Create, maintain, and analyze reports using Google Sheets Schedule and coordinate meetings, reminders, and appointments Conduct internet research and provide concise summaries Draft and send professional emails on behalf of the CEO Make follow-up calls and coordinate with clients and team members Handle confidential information with discretion Requirements: Strong English communication skills – written and verbal Experience with ClickUp , Google Sheets , and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) Comfortable making professional phone calls and writing formal emails Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote working environment Preferred: Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar remote role Show more Show less
