Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling email correspondence, conducting data entry, and providing administrative support. Additional tasks include maintaining digital files, conducting market research, and supporting project management efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling email correspondence
• Experience with data entry, digital file maintenance, and administrative support tasks
• Skills in conducting market research and supporting project management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Skype, and Slack
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
