About Us

We are a fast-growing recruitment company specializing in the Intellectual Property (IP) space across the United States. We help top-tier law firms and in-house legal teams find exceptional IP attorneys, patent agents, and other legal professionals. As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable, organized Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Management:

  Schedule candidate and client meetings, manage time zones, and avoid clashes.

• Inbox Management:

  Monitor and flag important emails, help keep inboxes organized.

• Data Entry & Tracking:

  Update candidate and client info in our CRM or applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Meeting Prep:

  Send reminders, prep materials, and follow-up notes for interviews and calls.

• Light Research:

  Look up companies, LinkedIn profiles, or relevant IP news when needed.

• Admin Tasks:

  Help with file organization, invoice tracking, and document formatting.

• Other Ad-Hoc Support:

  Be available to lend a hand as new tasks come up.
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized with good attention to detail
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Willing to learn basic tools like CRMs, scheduling platforms, and Zoom
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage their time
• Interest in recruitment, legal, or the IP space is a bonus — but not required!
