Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Virtual Assistant role located in Noida. The Virtual Assistant will handle a variety of daily tasks, including managing scheduling, correspondence, administrative support, and customer service. Additionally, the role may include researching, data entry, document preparation, and supporting business operations across various functional areas like sales, marketing, or client management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling, correspondence management, and administrative tasks
• Experience in customer service and client communication
• Strong skills in research, data entry, and organization
• Knowledge of supporting business functions such as sales, marketing, or back-office operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Proficient in using office software tools such as MS Office Suite and other productivity tools
• Prior experience in virtual assistance or a related field is a plus
