About the Role

As a Virtual Admin Executive, you'll handle key administrative and communication tasks to ensure smooth operations across multiple client accounts. This is a great opportunity to build a stable, long-term career while working from the comfort of your home.

Working Hours

• Summer (March 8 – Nov 7):

  6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST

• Winter (Nov 8 – March 7):

  7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

• Days:

  Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Client communication via phone and email
• Invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Organizing and updating files from emails and secure websites
• Converting financial documents into QBO files
• Coordinating with state authorities and internal team
• Sending reminders for deadlines and meetings
• Scheduling Zoom calls and maintaining calendars

Essential Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Google Workspace, Zoom, and Teams
• Strong email etiquette and admin writing skills
• Tech-savvy with a stable internet connection and quiet WFH setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with US clients and business culture
• Previous roles in payroll, admin, or call centers
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)

Note:

• Must be available during US business hours

• Moonlighting is not permitted
