Roles And Responsibilities Handling day-to-day Accounts Receivable accounting to ensure receivables-related accounting is audit-ready by preparing monthly schedules and supporting statutory/internal audits. Perform reconciliations between tech systems and accounting software (Zoho, Tally, etc. Review bank and payment gateway reconciliations done by team members. Identify process gaps in AR/accounting and implement SOPs for efficiency and control. Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and schedules. Liaise with tech and stakeholder to propose and represent process changes and feature developments. Support audit coordination and documentation. Qualifications & Skills Chartered Accountant (CA) with up to 2 years of relevant experience. In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST and other Indian taxation laws Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Excel and analytical tools Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or collaboratively as the situation requires. Proficiency in Zoho Books & analytical tools (ex.
