Job Overview

Video Producer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the content requirement - Shoot + Edit as per the timeline.
• Shoot and edit cinematic video walkthroughs, property features, market insights, and lifestyle content.
• Create short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Use gimbals, drones (if certified), and high-end camera gear to deliver premium real estate visuals.
• Implement trendy editing styles and storytelling formats that align with social media trends.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to craft content strategies that boost visibility and engagement.
• Have extensive knowledge of AI and AI tools.
• Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all visual content.
• Stay updated with AI tools and video trends to elevate content output.
•  Can juggle a number of videos together.
• Think of solutions.
• Have good creative skills.
• Are proactive.
• Storytelling skills

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in videography and editing (real estate experience preferred).
• For internship: Must have completed a course in Video Editing and Camera Skills and have atleast 6 months experience in same.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

  or similar tools.
• Strong skills in camera handling, lighting setups, framing, and visual composition.
• Experience in

  short-form video creation

  (Reels, Shorts, etc.) with a focus on engagement and storytelling.
• Creative mindset with a sharp understanding of luxury branding and visual tone.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots, work independently, and meet deadlines.

• Own vehicle is required

  for property shoot locations across Gurgaon.

Preferred Skills

• Drone videography experience is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, basic animation, or real estate photography and videography.
• Understanding of social media content strategy and SEO-friendly video content.
• Ability to implement hooks, trends, and music that amplify reach.
