Job Description

Capture high-quality b-roll, supporting camera angles, drone shots, BTS footage, and still photographs.
Operate secondary cameras during studio podcasts and field shoots.
Assist in preparing shot compositions, lens choices, and lighting placement.
Set up lighting rigs, microphones, audio systems, tripods, and rigs for field and studio shoots.
Conduct basic sound checks and support camera/audio syncing.
Manage media transfers, follow naming conventions, maintain folders, and ensure timely backups.
Maintain media hygiene including SD card formatting, drive organization, and redundancy checks.
Prepare and organize gear such as batteries, lenses, cables, lighting accessories, and drone systems, and conduct equipment checks pre-and post-shoot.

Job Requirements

Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, basic lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
Familiarity with drones (DJI preferred), gimbals, tripods, and rigs.
Strong understanding of shot composition, movement, and framing.
Basic knowledge of file transfers, backups, and storage management.
Experience in documentary or on-field shoots is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
