Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Videographer (Studio + Field Lead) with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in videography and production, with expertise in both studio and field-based storytelling.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead all video capture using multi-camera setups, lighting rigs, professional audio systems, drones, and field gear.
Manage studio podcast recordings with clean framing, stable lighting, and crisp sound capture.
Conduct location recces, lighting tests, equipment readiness checks, and scene staging.
Design and maintain the visual language of the platform, including framing, light mood, movement, pacing, and lens selection.
Collaborate with the Senior Manager Media & Storytelling to ensure every visual choice strengthens the narrative.
Capture b-roll, interviews, documentary-style shots, and dynamic field visuals that enhance storytelling depth.

Job Requirements

10 to 12 years of professional videography or production experience with hands-on studio and field work.
Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cinema cameras, multi-cam setups, lighting equipment, drones, and audio systems.
Strong understanding of visual composition, color, lenses, camera movement, and cinematic technique.
Ability to operate in high-pressure field environments with tight timelines.
Experience in documentary or impact storytelling is an advantage.
Strong collaboration skills with the storytelling and editing teams.
