About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Video Shooter to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cameras and shooting equipment, along with a good eye for angles, lighting, and framing. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage for marketing, branding, events, social media, and other in-house content.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate video cameras and related equipment during indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Plan and execute shoot setups including lighting, framing, and background.
• Work closely with the content and creative teams to capture footage aligned with the project brief.
• Conduct on-site or location-based shooting for interviews, reels, events, promotional content, etc.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all shooting gear.
• Assist in pre-production planning such as recce, shot list creation, and basic scripting.
• Transfer, organize, and back up raw footage after each shoot session.
• Coordinate with editors to deliver footage as per technical requirements and timelines.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in shooting video content using DSLR, mirrorless, or professional cameras.
• Good understanding of lighting setups, camera angles, and framing techniques.
• Familiarity with basic camera settings (ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance).
• Ability to shoot both indoors and outdoors, with or without natural lighting.
• Willingness to travel for shoots if required.
• Basic knowledge of audio equipment and mics (lavalier, boom, etc.).
• Strong sense of timing, patience, and attention to visual details.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in shooting content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, interviews, or vlogs.
• Knowledge of gimbals, sliders, lighting kits, and sound gear.
• Ability to handle basic editing or use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps.
• Basic understanding of video storytelling and shot continuity.
• Prior experience in working with creative agencies or content production teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
