ole Overview

We are seeking a skilled Videographer who can capture high-quality, visually appealing content for brand campaigns influencer collaborations, events, and digital platforms. Your core responsibility will be on ground video production ensuring top-tier visual output through strong camera skills, framing, lighting, and overall shoot execution

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality video content for brand campaigns influencer activities, events, and social media
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand shoot concepts and visual requirements
• Capture diverse content: product videos, interviews, BTS, event coverage, and influencer-oriented footage.
• Ensure proper lighting, stabilisation, framing, and overall visual consistency during shoots.
• Set up and manage camera equipment, lenses, gimbals, lights, and audio tools as required.
• Coordinate shoot logistics, manage locations, and ensure smooth on-ground execution.
• Stay updated with new shooting techniques, camera trends, and visual styles to enhance creative quality
• Maintain all videography equipment and ensure it is ready and functional for every project 

Qualifications & Skills

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Visual Arts,
• Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional videography experience. Experience in a marketing or creative agency is highly appreciated.
• Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting setups, stabilisation (gimbals), and audio recording.
• Exceptional sense of visual storytelling, composition, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively during shoots
• Strong time management, planning, and on-ground coordination skills

Must own personal videography equipment:

• Camera
• Lenses
• Gimbal
• Basic supporting accessories
