Responsibilities- Identifying and Creating video content in the non-news genres primarily Conducting research to track trends, audience preferences, and competitors to provide insights for new shows and digital programming Ensuring proper optimization of video content Reviewing content for quality, accuracy, copyright compliance, and adherence to channel standards Collaborating with other departments such as production, video editing, and content teams Monitoring audience feedback, comments, and providing input on potential adjustments to shows based on audience behavior. Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging artists, and new music releases to contribute fresh ideas and enhance programming offerings. Can-do attitude who can work independently and collaboratively.
