Job Description

Perform customer identification through video calls, verifying identity details and matching them against submitted documents.
Ensure the entire process is complete with all regulatory and internal policies and standards.
Provide a positive and professional customer experience throughout the verification process, ensuring comfort and clear communication.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, verifications, and outcomes.
Meet or exceed targets for successful video KYC completions, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Follow all laid-down processes, adhere to quality and security protocols, and implement feedback for continuous improvement.

Candidate should be able to speak English / Hindi / Marathi fluently and one additional language - Punjabi or Gujarati or Bengali.
