Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The role involves refining AI-generated and design-team creatives into high-quality, production-ready assets for digital marketing campaigns across social media, performance platforms, and the website. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, hands-on editing expertise, and a solid understanding of platform-specific creative requirements.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Creative Production

Finalize and enhance creatives received from the AI Creative Executive, delivering 15–20 assets per week, including:

5–7 videos/reels with motion graphics, captions, and brand supers

8–12 static or carousel creatives in required aspect ratios

Produce platform-ready exports for Meta, Google (Display/Discovery/PMAX), YouTube, LinkedIn, and website banners, ensuring correct codecs, sizes, safe areas, and file naming conventions.

Implement revision feedback within defined SLAs while maintaining well-organized, editable project files.

Create and manage reusable templates such as lower-thirds, animated logos, intro/outro slates, and social post layouts to improve production efficiency.

Performance & Quality

Deliver a minimum of 5 video edits and 10 static creatives per week across multiple formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, website banner sizes).

Maintain 90%+ brand compliance in monthly design audits covering typography, color usage, logo placement, and CTA styling.

Optimize creatives for luxury real estate marketing with clear USPs, strong CTAs, pricing/unit highlights, and impactful hooks in the first 2–3 seconds of videos.

Collaboration & Process

Use pre-approved brand kits, LUTs, caption templates, and export presets to ensure quality and faster turnarounds.

Maintain a shared library of project files, fonts, plugins, and assets for seamless collaboration and version control.

Support website and landing page requirements with lightweight, fast-loading media to enhance page speed and conversions.

Time-Based Deliverables

Daily: Update production trackers and share WIPs for priority edits.

Weekly: Close all deliverables from the content calendar sprint.

Monthly: Conduct design and file-hygiene audits with 90%+ compliance and present at least one new motion/design trend adapted into templates.

Required Skills & Tools

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

Strong knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and basic sound editing

Ability to refine AI-generated assets into polished, production-ready creatives

Understanding of ad specifications and policies for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn

Strong file hygiene, version control, and attention to detail

Qualifications

Equivalent portfolio-backed experience in video editing and graphic design

Proven experience working on digital and performance marketing creatives.
