Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Storytelling

• Edit raw clips into

  seamless, soulful videos

  that tell authentic stories from Indian craft traditions
• Combine

  live-action footage with animated elements, motion graphics, VFX, and 2D/3D transitions

• Handle audio design

  , syncing music, dialogues, and effects for optimal emotional impact

Platform-Optimized Content

• Create short-form videos for

  YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns

• Understand and apply social media trends, content pacing, and best practices

  for high engagement

Collaboration & Feedback

• Work with Chithriya’s creative lead to align visual tone with brand philosophy
• Be responsive to feedback and iterate edits quickly
  

Timely Deliverables

• Manage timelines and deliver export-ready videos for planned launches
  

Skills & Experience

• Expertise in

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro

• Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, or other storytelling platforms

• A strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and rhythm

• Ability to blend traditional Indian art

  with modern design sensibilities
• Knowledge of

  audio/video codecs, formats, aspect ratios

  , and publishing workflows
• Collaborative mindset with good communication and time management

• Knowledge of

  2D/3D animation tools

  (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya)
• Experience with

  heritage-based or culture-focused content
