About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Long Format Content Editor to produce high- quality, engaging videos for our YouTube channel and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in editing fast-paced, narrative style content, with a strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing. You will play a key role in shaping Roundglass Foundation’s voice through compelling video content for YouTube that educates, inspires, and builds community. The role would include development of YouTube specific properties such as Learn Labs YouTube Channel and other similar content formats.

What you’ll do:

• Edit long-form video content such as interviews, mini-documentaries, impact stories, and field reports.
• Collaborate with producers, scriptwriters, and camera crews to shape raw footage into a polished narrative.
• Ensure each video maintainsa consistent tone, emotional depth,and brand identity.
• Optimize videos for YouTube and online platforms, including appropriate pacing, hooks, and end screens.
• Incorporate graphics, subtitles, music, and b-roll to enhance storytelling and viewer retention.
• Manage projecttimelines, revisions, and delivery for scheduled contentdrop.
• Stay updated on content trendsin development and nonprofit storytelling.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience editinglong-form videos for YouTube, TV, or digital media platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar editing software), with experience in motion graphics and audio editing.
• Strong storytelling skills and understanding of narrative structure for impact content.
• Ability to work independently while integrating feedback from diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with content formats that perform well on YouTube and an eye for analytics-driven improvements.
• A passion for social impact and creating videos that drive awareness and engagement.
