Job Description

We're looking for a Video Editor (3-6 years experience) who can turn ideas into visually compelling stories. You'll be responsible for crafting high-quality videos from product explainers to ad creatives and social media assets that showcase Quickads.ai 's brand and products. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who understands storytelling, motion, and the psychology of attention in digital advertising.

Responsibilities

Edit and produce marketing videos, ads, product explainers, and social content.
Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
Adapt and repurpose content across multiple formats and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. ).
Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to elevate storytelling.
Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail across all output.
Stay on top of trends in digital advertising, video storytelling, and AI video creation tools.
Manage timelines, revisions, and project delivery efficiently.

Requirements

3-6 years of professional experience in video editing or motion design.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools.
Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
Experience editing for digital ads, product launches, or social-first content.
Basic knowledge of colour grading, sound design, and aspect ratios for different platforms.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with AI-powered creative tools (Runway, Pika, Descript, Synthesia, etc. ).
Background in advertising, SaaS, or tech brands.
Familiarity with performance marketing creative requirements (hooks, CTAs, short-form pacing).
