Job Title: Video Editor & Camera Operator
Experience Required: 1–4 YearsLocation: PuneEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can also handle camera operations with confidence. The ideal candidate should have both technical expertise and a strong visual sense to bring stories to life through engaging visuals and smooth editing.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and is self-motivated to deliver high-quality output from concept to final delivery.Key Responsibilities:Operate cameras during shoots, ensuring high-quality footage and correct framing, lighting, and audio.Edit raw footage into compelling, polished videos for various platforms (social media, marketing campaigns, events, documentaries, etc.).Work closely with the creative/marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver on-brand content.Maintain and organize video files, project assets, and archives.Apply color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and other post-production enhancements when needed.Suggest creative ideas for shoots, transitions, and visual storytelling.Manage timelines and deliver projects within deadlines.Skills & Qualifications:1–4 years of professional experience in video editing and camera handling.Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).Knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, lighting setups, and audio recording.Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus.Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.Excellent time management and attention to detail.We’re Looking For:A creative thinker who can adapt to different styles and project needs.A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude.Someone who enjoys experimenting with visuals to make content stand out.Perks & Benefits:Opportunity to work on diverse and creative projects.Exposure to end-to-end video production.Supportive and collaborative team environment.
