Role Overview We’re looking for a Creative Video & Motion Graphics Producer, a visual storyteller who can craft compelling video experiences that inspire, inform, and ignite change. For our 2 brands. This is not your average editing role. You’ll have the freedom to innovate , collaborate with some of the top minds in instructional design and organizational development , and bring extraordinary ideas to life. Alongside video editing, you’ll get exposure to instructional design, visual communication strategy, and design thinking, equipping you with future-ready creative skills. What You’ll Do Produce and edit high-quality videos for learning, branding, and storytelling purposes. Create motion graphics and visual elements that enhance the learning experience. Work closely with instructional designers and industry experts to turn ideas into visually engaging content. Ensure videos align with Questorik’s brand guidelines and creative standards. Handle color grading, sound syncing, and post-production enhancements. Manage your own creative workflow with full production autonomy. What We’re Looking For Strong skills in video production and editing . Proficiency in motion graphics creation . Bonus: Graphic design experience. An eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects. Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or similar). Bachelor’s degree in Film, Digital Media, or related fields preferred, but creativity is king. Your responsibilities will include producing and editing high-quality videos for learning, branding, and storytelling purposes, creating motion graphics and visual elements to enhance the learning experience, and collaborating closely with instructional designers and industry experts to transform ideas into visually engaging content. You will ensure that all videos align with Questorik's brand guidelines and creative standards, handle color grading, sound syncing, and post-production enhancements, and manage your creative workflow with full production autonomy. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in video production and editing, proficiency in motion graphics creation, and ideally, graphic design experience. An eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling is essential, along with strong communication and teamwork abilities. You should be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects effectively.
