The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Editor with 2 to 5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in bringing our clients' and our own brand stories to life through compelling visual content. You will work on a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, corporate videos, social media content, and more. What You'll Do: Storytelling Excellence: Conceptualize, edit, and produce engaging video content that effectively communicates messages and resonates with target audiences. Fast & Efficient Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos while adhering to project deadlines. Brand Psychology Application: Understand client brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and target audience psychology to create videos that align with strategic goals and evoke desired emotions. Graphical Animation & Motion Graphics: Design and integrate captivating motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and visual effects to enhance video content. Post-Production Mastery: Handle all aspects of post-production, including footage organization, editing, color correction, sound design, and final export. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing specialists, content creators, designers, and software developers to ensure seamless project execution. Quality Assurance: Review and refine video content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software advancements. What We're Looking For (Required Skills & Experience): Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a similar fast-paced environment. Software Proficiency (MUST KNOW BOTH): Adobe Premiere Pro: Expert-level proficiency with a strong understanding of advanced editing techniques, project management, and workflow optimization. Adobe After Effects: Strong proficiency in motion graphics, visual effects, and animation. Strong Storytelling Ability: Demonstrated ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling narratives through video. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to editing, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and consistency in all video outputs. Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing and innovative video content. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and understand project requirements. Bonus Points (Optional, but a plus!): Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve . Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of video shooting and lighting techniques. Important Note: We are looking for professional desktop video editors. Experience with mobile editing software (e.g., CapCut) is not relevant for this role.
