Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to produce high-quality videos and animations for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, design, and technical expertise to create content that resonates with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and ads.
• Create motion graphics, explainer videos, animated ads, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute video projects.
• Ensure brand consistency and creative storytelling across all projects.
• Stay up to date with the latest video editing trends, animation styles, and design techniques.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Film Editing, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in video editing and motion graphics (freshers with a strong portfolio may apply).
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent software).
• Strong knowledge of video formats, compression techniques, and editing workflows.
• Creativity, storytelling ability, and a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

• Experience in 2D/3D animation.
• Basic sound design and audio editing skills.
• Knowledge of color grading and correction.
• Familiarity with UI/UX animations.
