Position: Video Editor

Location: Delhi
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Industry Preference: D2C / FMCG / FMCD / Consumer Brands

Role Overview :-

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong sense of storytelling, and a deep understanding of digital-first content across social platforms. This role involves producing visually captivating videos and static creatives that align with the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Content Creation & Editing

  • Conceptualize, edit, and produce engaging video content for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.), campaigns, and brand communications.
  • Create visually compelling static posts, carousels, stories, and digital creatives that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and message.
  • Ensure that all visual outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Deliver edits with strong hooks, effective pacing, seamless transitions, and emotional storytelling that connects with the audience.

2. Design & Brand Consistency

  • Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all media formats and channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, and product teams to translate brand ideas into visually impactful content.
  • Apply motion graphics, typography, and animation techniques to elevate creative output.

3. Technical Expertise & Tools

  • Demonstrate strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design and editing tools.
  • Work on raw footage — trimming, sequencing, color correction, grading, audio mixing, and adding effects as required.
  • Optimize videos for multiple platforms, ensuring quality, format, and size standards are met.

4. Creative Collaboration

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team to develop fresh, campaign-ready ideas.
  • Independently manage projects from concept to final delivery while aligning with brand strategy and timelines.
  • Stay updated with digital content trends, platform algorithms, and emerging editing styles to keep content relevant and innovative.

Skills & Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Editing, Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of proven experience as a video editor or visual content creator, preferably within a D2C, FMCG, or consumer brand setup.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and visual design principles.
  • Familiarity with social media formats, aspect ratios, and content performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a deep appreciation for aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high output quality.
