University Insights is a leading Education Consultancy helping students pursue quality medical education abroad. We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a skilled and dedicated Video Editor Intern to join our Marketing & Communications team.

Job Summary

The Video Editor Intern will be responsible for editing educational, informational, and brand-focused video content for our digital platforms. This role requires creativity, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured workflow environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and create high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Website
• Convert raw footage into meaningful and professionally structured content
• Add subtitles, motion text, transitions, voice sync, background music, and graphics
• Edit explainer videos, student testimonials, event videos, and corporate content
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment in all videos
• Collaborate with the marketing team to meet campaign and content objectives
• Maintain organized project files and deliver videos within deadlines
• Optimize videos for various social media platforms and resolutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of at least one professional editing software:

Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / Filmora

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pacing
• Good knowledge of aspect ratios, export formats, and resolutions
• Ability to edit professional, corporate, and educational-style videos
• Attention to detail & quality-oriented approach
• Good communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship / freelance / editing experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics is an added advantage
• Understanding of digital content trends and publishing standards
