Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll: Ideate & Innovate: Brainstorm fresh content concepts—carousels, reels, stories, polls, interactive quizzes—that resonate with each client’s audience. Trendspotting: Track emerging social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats; translate them into actionable ideas. Organic Growth: Help increase followers, engagement, and brand affinity through community-building tactics (hashtags, collaborations, UGC campaigns). Content Execution: Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok; monitor performance metrics; iterate based on real-time insights. Client Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to align content calendars with broader marketing goals and campaign launches. Key Responsibilities Develop weekly content calendars with 15–20 posts aligned to client KPIs Craft engaging captions, image prompts, and hashtag strategies Source, edit, and format creative assets (images, short videos, GIFs) Monitor post-performance; prepare concise reports outlining wins, learnings, and optimisations. Respond to comments, DMs, and community conversations in a brand-voice–consistent manner Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and cross-functional meetings What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling Basic familiarity with social-media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics dashboards Proactive attitude, ability to juggle multiple projects, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut Hands-on practice running organic growth experiments or small paid tests Passion for fashion, wellness, or D2C retail brands What You’ll Gain Real-world experience managing social channels for marquee clients Mentorship from senior strategists in content creation and performance marketing A portfolio of campaigns, reels, and written assets you can showcase Opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance Show more Show less
